It has been another week and I still am unable to play this game. I contacted EA Origin support again about this and they just told me there was nothing wrong with my account and ended the conversation.Ī late last week I contacted Origin Support one last time and they told me the issue should be resolved soon. I contacted EA Origin support and got the game added back to my library but it said it could not be launched as I did not own the game and I could not view the game properties to get to the CD key and launch it using that. I opened Origin to launch the game directly from there instead but the game was missing from my game library.
I played the game for about 8 hours that week and then when I went to launch the game later I found that it just would not launch from steam.
I bought the game on Steam on October 6th and installed Origin to play. For the past two weeks I have been having trouble with launching Dead Space 3 after I bought it through steam and I was hoping you all could help as I feel I have exhausted my other options.
